In this paper, modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors of Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery (CABG) patients are considered. A new approach of complete population from its incomplete population is used. In the complete population, censored patients have been proportionally incorporated into the known died and survived patients respectively. The availability of a complete population may represent better behavior of lifetimes / survival proportions for medical investigations. Survival proportions of the CABG patients of complete populations, with respect to modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors, are obtained from suitable parametric models (Weibull and Exponential). Maximum likelihood method, in-conjunction with Davidon-Fletcher-Powell (DFP) optimization method and Cubic Interpolation method is used in estimation of survivor’s proportions of the parametric models.

We apply integral transformation techniques to study thermoelastic response of a semi infinite hollow cylinder, in general in which sources are generated according to the linear function of the temperature, with boundary conditions of the radiation type. The results are obtained as series of Bessel functions. Numerical calculations are carried out for a particular case of a cylinder made of Aluminum metal and the results are depicted in figures.

In this paper, an attempt has been made to study thermoelastic response of a circular plate in general, in which source are generated according to the linear function of the temperature, with boundary conditions of the radiation type, by applying integral transform techniques. The results are obtained in terms of Bessel’s functions in the form of infinite series. Numerical calculations are carried out for a particular case of a plate made of Aluminum metal and the results are depicted graphically.

In this article, we discuss the analytical and numerical bifurcation of (2+1) Dimensional Konopelchenko-Dubrovsky equation presented by a fractional differential equation. The bifurcation parameters and the corresponding phase portraits are illustrated. These results show that the qualitative behaviors of phase portraits are very sensitive to the fractional order derivative.

In this paper, an attempt has been made to determine the temperature distribution, displacement, and thermal stresses of a thin annular fin when the boundary conditions are known. Integral transform techniques have been utilized to obtain the solution of the problem. The results are obtained in the form of infinite series in terms of Bessel’s function.
