The Management is a vital aspect of the economic life of man, which is an organized group activity. A central directing and controlling agency is indispensable for a business concern. The productive resources – material, labor, capital etc. are entrusted to the organizing skill, administrative ability and enterprising initiative of the management. Thus, management provides leadership to a business enterprise. Without able managers and effective managerial leadership the resources of production remain merely resources and never become production. The main objective of this paper to understand the relationship of management, changing nature of organizational behavior and challenges faced by the organizational and employees.

The Indian Farmers Fertiliser Co-operative Limited (IFFCO) (External website that opens in a new window) is a unique venture in which the farmers of the country through their own Co-operative Societies created this new institution to safeguard their interests in the production and delivery of fertilisers. Registered in 1967, IFFCO is a Multi-unit Co-operative Society & has made strategic investments in several joint ventures across India & the world, with the sole view of benefiting farmers in India. The delivery of IFFCO's fertiliser is undertaken through over 39824 Co-operative Societies. The entire activities of Delivery, Sales and Endorsement are co-ordinated by Promotion Central Office (MKCO) assisted by the Promotion offices (External website that opens in a new window) in the field. In addition, essential agro-inputs for crop production are made available to the farmers through a chain of 158 Farmers Service Centre (FSC) (External website that opens in a new window).
