Solapur is basically found on the south-eastern border of Maharashtra state and touches the border of Karnataka state. The Solapur city is spread on 180 Sq. Km. It covers 30 private, Institutional, Corporate gardens and one park. There are two lakes in corporation area, also some private government nurseries. Sideheshwar Van Vihar, a forest developed by Social forest department which is nearby the city belongs from corporation area. The arboreal flora of corporation is mostly of cultivated tree species and a very few number belongs from wild tree species. The present study reveals the tree species planted in private places, corridor, private garden, along roadside, institutional and government garden, nurseries and parks which reports 136 tree species belongs from 42 Families. Out of which 130 species are from dicotyledonae, 6 species from monocotyledonae. In the present paper the checklist of tree species along with the flower colour, period of flowering and vernacular names if any are provided.
