INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS:
Bioinfo Publications: By indicating you agree to the following terms and conditions on your own behalf and on behalf of your co-authors, if any.
*All works submitted to Bioinfo Publications Journals are subject to peer and editorial review.
*Authors may make any non-commercial use of their work that they wish. However anyone wishing to make commercial use of the Work is required to seek prior written permission from the Publisher, Bioinfo Publications.
*Bioinfo Publications is not responsible for returning the original disk, hardcopy, and any photographs or illustrations.
*Kindly apprise us the details of your remittance if you have made any.
*Cancellations: NO REFUNDS will be made after the manuscript / pdf / reprints / first issue of the journal for the year has been published. No Refunds of any payment [if payment was already made], after cancellation or withdraw of article from publication process.
*After receiving confirmation of remittance (payment); we directly send final published pdf draft of manuscript within working 1-2 weeks and also upload the same online at journal content webpage
*Charges includes online indexing of manuscript at Bioinfo digital Library

2. AUTHOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
*The work / article is in compliance with the author guidelines and any applicable journal-specific guidelines.
*Your co-authors must have authorised you to submit the work or manuscript.
*The work should not be under consideration for publication in another journal nor it has been published in another journal.
*You have be sure about the clearance to reproduce any copyright material or data. OR should have authorized permission letter.
*If your paper contains information or photographs relating to individual patients, you have provided, or are able to provide prior to publication, written and signed consent to publish the information or photographs. If it does not already, prior to publication your manuscript should contain a statement like this one: "Written consent was obtained from the patient/s or their relative/s for publication of this study."
*Nothing in the Work is unlawful, misrepresentative, libellous, Plagiarism or would constitute a breach of contract or confidence or commitment to secrecy.
*You have taken due care to ensure integrity of the submission and according to currently accepted scientific knowledge all statements in it purporting to be facts are true.
Note: * If in future any conflict of interest | Misstep | Flaw | Fluff found in article experimental data | procedure (which invalidates the conclusion), article will be immediately retracted from publication process
3. ETHICS FOR ARTICLE PUBLICATIONS - INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS:
This general statement will be supplemented by instructions to authors (as well as in communications to editors and peer reviewers) relevant for each journal.
4. ETHICS AND PROCEDURES FOR ARTICLE PUBLICATIONS WITH BIOINFO PUBLICATIONS:
The editor(s) and Bioinfo Publication of this Journal believe that there are fundamental principles underlying scholarly or professional publishing. The fundamental principles with respect to the authors' paper are that the paper should:
• be the authors' own original work, which has not been previously published elsewhere
• reflect the authors' own research work and analysis and do so in a truthful and complete manner,
• have properly credited the meaningful contributions of co-authors and co-researchers,
• not be submitted to more than one journal for consideration (ensuring it is not under redundant simultaneous peer review for another journal), and
• be appropriately placed in the context of prior and existing research.
Equal importance and ethical guidelines dealing with research methods and research funding, which includes issues dealing with informed consent, research subject privacy rights, conflicts of interest, and sources of funding.
As Bioinfo Publication- while it may not be possible to draft an "ethical code" that applies adequately to all instances and circumstances, Bioinfo Publication believes it useful to outline our expectations of authors and procedures that the Bioinfo Journal will employ in the event of questions concerning author conduct. Relevant conflicts of interest should be disclosed.
5. LICENSE AGREEMENT:
For the submission of an article (mention paper type here) :
I hereby declare, on behalf of myself and my co-authors (if any), that:
a. The article submitted is an original work and has neither been published in any other peer-reviewed journal nor is under consideration for publication by any other journal. More so, the article does not contravene any existing copyright or any other third party rights.
b. I am/we are the sole author(s) of the article and maintain the authority to enter into this agreement and the granting of rights to Bioinfo Publications does not infringe any clause of this agreement.
c. The article contains no such material that may be unlawful, defamatory, or which would, if published, in any way whatsoever, violate the terms and conditions as laid down in the agreement.
d. I/we have taken due care that the scientific knowledge and all other statements contained in the article conform to true facts and authentic formulae and will not, if followed precisely, be detrimental to the user.
e. I/we permit the adaptation, preparation of derivative works, oral presentation or distribution, along with the commercial application of the work.
f. *No responsibility is assumed by Bioinfo Publications, its staff or members of the editorial board for any injury and/or damage to persons or property as a matter of products liability, negligence or otherwise, or from any use or operation of any methods, products instruction, advertisements or ideas contained in a publication by Bioinfo Publications.
6. COPYRIGHT TRANSFER:
Copyright to the above work (including without limitation, the right to publish the work in whole, or in part, in any and all forms) is hereby transferred to Bioinfo Publications, to ensure widest dissemination and protection against infringement. No proprietary right other than copyright is proclaimed by Bioinfo Publications.
Under the Following Conditions: Attribution
a. The services of the original author must be acknowledged;
b. In case of reuse or distribution, the license conditions must be clarified to the user of this work;
c. Any of these conditions can be ignored on the consent of the author.
d. I hereby certify that I am authorized to sign this document either in my own right or as an agent of my employer, and have made no changes to the current valid document supplied by Bioinfo Publications.
7. CERTIFICATION AS A WORK OF THE GOVERNMENT [If authors working with Govt project or Government employee]:
I certify that this work is a “work of the Government” prepared by the authors who are or were bonafide officers or employees of the Government at the time of preparation of this document; therefore, it is not subject to Government copyright. (This section should not be for- if the work was prepared under a government control or coauthored by a Non-Government employee)
